1. Who we are, acceptance and scope

This website is operated by FrontlineQSR LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of Arizona, United States. “FrontlineQSR”, “we” and “us” in these terms mean FrontlineQSR LLC. FrontlineQSR is our public-facing brand.

By using frontlineqsr.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These terms govern use of this website only. They do not govern a paid Executive Validation engagement or ongoing use of the FrontlineQSR platform — those are governed by a separate written agreement, described in section 2.

2. Three different things

It is worth being precise about what is and is not a contract, because these are easy to conflate.

A. Using this website

Reading this site is informational. The content describes FrontlineQSR, what it does, and how an engagement works. It is not an offer, a proposal, a warranty, or advice on how to run your business. Nothing here creates an obligation on either side.

B. Requesting Executive Validation, or contacting us

Submitting a request or a contact form starts a conversation. It is not a booking, a reservation, a scheduled meeting, or an agreement to provide services. Executive Validation participation is subject to qualification, availability, and FrontlineQSR’s acceptance. Submission of a request does not guarantee participation. We assess each request against our published criteria and respond.

C. A paid Executive Validation engagement

An actual engagement begins only when FrontlineQSR and your organization sign a separate written agreement. That agreement — not this page — sets out scope, fees, payment terms, responsibilities, data handling, confidentiality, duration and termination. Where that agreement and these website terms differ, that agreement governs.

3. No customer relationship is created here

To state it plainly: submitting an inquiry or an application does not make you a customer, does not guarantee acceptance, does not reserve capacity, and does not create a service contract. Any pricing shown on this site is indicative of a standard engagement and is not a quote or an offer capable of acceptance.

4. Platform access

Access to the FrontlineQSR platform is granted to customer organizations and the users those organizations authorize. That access is governed by the organization’s agreement with us, not by these website terms.

If you hold platform credentials: keep them confidential, use only the access you have been granted, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Acceptable use

Please provide accurate information when you contact us, and do not submit information on behalf of an organization without authority to do so. You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, the platform, or any account or system
  • Interfere with or disrupt the site or the platform, including through automated scraping that places unreasonable load on it
  • Probe, scan or test the security of any system without our written permission
  • Use the site to send unsolicited commercial messages, or for any unlawful purpose
  • Copy, reproduce or redistribute material from this site except as permitted in section 6

6. Intellectual property and trademarks

The content, design, structure and code of this site are owned by FrontlineQSR LLC or used with permission.

FrontlineQSR™, Clarity Before Scale™, Retail Readiness Index™ (RRI™) and Leadership Focus™ are trademarks claimed by FrontlineQSR LLC and used to identify our products and services. The ™ symbol indicates a claim of trademark rights; it does not indicate federal registration.

The methodology underlying the Retail Readiness Index™ — including how it is derived and interpreted — is proprietary and confidential, and is not published on this site or elsewhere.

You may read, print and share pages of this site for your own evaluation purposes, keeping any attribution intact. You may not reproduce the site’s content commercially, present it as your own, or use FrontlineQSR’s names or marks to suggest endorsement or partnership, without our written permission.

Operational information submitted by a customer organization remains the property of that organization.

This site links to third-party websites, including published articles and podcast appearances. Those links are provided for reference. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Third-party coverage of FrontlineQSR reflects the views of its publisher, not ours.

8. Disclaimers

This website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work to keep it accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free, or continuously available, and we may change or remove content at any time.

Nothing on this site is professional, financial, legal or operational advice for your business. FrontlineQSR is designed to support leadership judgment, not to replace it, and no outcome is promised from reading this site or from any engagement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FrontlineQSR is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising out of your use of this website.

This section limits liability arising from website use. Liability relating to a paid engagement or platform use is addressed in the applicable written agreement.

Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as FrontlineQSR grows. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the current version.
