1. Who we are, and what this covers
This website and the FrontlineQSR platform are operated by FrontlineQSR LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of Arizona, United States. “FrontlineQSR”, “we” and “us” in this policy mean FrontlineQSR LLC. FrontlineQSR is our public-facing brand.
This policy explains how FrontlineQSR handles information collected through this website and through the FrontlineQSR platform. It covers people who contact us or request Executive Validation, and organizations whose operational information is processed when services begin.
Where an organization has a separate written agreement with FrontlineQSR, that agreement governs how we handle that organization’s operational information. This policy describes our general practices and does not replace it.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us through the contact form
Your name, business email, organization, phone number if you choose to provide it, and the message you write.
Information you give us when requesting Executive Validation
Your name, title or role, business email and phone number; your organization’s name, current number of locations, and expected number of locations over the next twelve months; and your description of what you are trying to understand, improve, or solve operationally.
We store completed submissions. We do not retain the contents of forms that are started but not submitted.
Customer operational information
When an organization begins using the FrontlineQSR platform, it submits operational information about its own business, along with the account information needed to give its people appropriate access.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider records standard server log information such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps, as part of delivering and securing the site.
We do not currently run a website analytics product. If we introduce one, we will update this policy before doing so. Should we later measure, in aggregate, whether forms are started and completed, that measurement will not retain the contents of incomplete submissions.
3. How we use information
- To assess whether there is a fit for Executive Validation and to respond to your request
- To reply to questions submitted through the contact form
- To provide, operate, support and improve the FrontlineQSR platform for customer organizations
- To communicate with you about your request, or with an organization about its use of the platform
- To understand aggregate website usage
- To meet legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations
We do not sell your information, and we do not share customer operational information between customer organizations.
4. Customer operational data
Operational information submitted by a customer organization belongs to that organization. FrontlineQSR processes it to provide the platform — organizing it, applying the organization’s own review and approval process, and presenting the resulting approved operational truth to the people within that organization who are authorized to see it.
Access is controlled and scoped to organizational role and responsibility, and customer organizations are kept separated from one another. More detail is on Security & Data Governance.
If you are an employee of a customer organization and have questions about your organization’s operational information, please raise them with your organization first — that information is theirs, and they decide how it is used.
5. Service providers
FrontlineQSR does not operate every part of its own infrastructure. We rely on third-party providers to run the platform, and information necessarily passes through them in order to deliver the service. We use providers for:
- Cloud hosting, database and authentication — the infrastructure the website and platform run on
- Email delivery — so we receive your submission and can reply to you
- Payment processing — for paid engagements. Payment is completed on the processor’s own hosted checkout. Card details are entered there, not on our site, and FrontlineQSR does not receive or store card numbers
- Electronic signature — for agreements that need signing
We do not currently use a website analytics provider. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.
These providers process information on our behalf in order to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information where we are required to by law, or to protect our rights, our customers or the safety of others.
6. How we protect information
Access to customer operational information is controlled and enforced by the platform rather than by the interface, scoped to organizational role and responsibility, and separated between customer organizations. Approved operational information cannot be altered by users without approval authority. Application and authentication surfaces are excluded from public search indexing.
No service can promise that information will never be accessed improperly, and we do not make that claim. We work to protect information using reasonable measures appropriate to our current stage, and our practices will continue to develop as FrontlineQSR grows.
7. Retention and deletion
We retain completed enquiries and requests for as long as needed to respond, to assess fit, and to keep a reasonable record of the conversation. We retain customer operational information for as long as needed to provide the platform to that organization, and afterwards where a written agreement or a legal obligation requires it. Incomplete form submissions are not retained.
You can ask us to delete information we hold about you, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it. Requests are handled individually by our team rather than through an automated self-service process. Deletion of a customer organization’s operational information is handled under that organization’s agreement with us.
8. Your choices
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Use the contact form and tell us what you would like us to do.
This website and the FrontlineQSR platform are intended for businesses and the people who work in them. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy as FrontlineQSR grows and as our practices develop. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
10. Privacy inquiries
Questions about this policy, or about information we hold? Please use our contact form and mark your message as a privacy inquiry. We read every message and will respond.
